Farm 215 is a private nature rereserve situated between Stanford and Cape Agulhas in the Western Cape’s unspoiled Southern Overberg. This website re-design was to give the existing Farm 215 website a new updated design. Updated text complemented by beautiful photographs and minimalist layout design. Responsive design: the website was optimised for mobile use. The Farm 215 photo galleries (previously fynbosfarm.co.za) was incorporated into the main website with a consistent design.

New website for PSYCH-K Instructor Elma Rivera. Frequent routine maintenance keeps this website up to date. Mobile friendly design was an important feature. This dynamic website features frequent updates to workshop dates as well as the resources page. Podcasts are also updated to include links to radio broadcasts every two weeks. House Silver Ocean is a newly built small luxury guesthouse just above the cliffs overlooking Walker Bay in the Overberg region of South Africa. Their website showcases their beautiful guest rooms, architectural building style, sophisticated interior and activities in the area such as Boat based whale watching, shark diving, beach walks and horse riding. The house has since been sold and is no longer available as a guesthouse.

Whalecove A103 is a luxury self catering apartment on the seafront in De Kelders, near Gansbaai about 160km from Cape Town, South Africa. The apartment is fully equipped for a luxury self catering holiday for a maximum of 6 people. Whalecove A103 needed a brochure style website to compliment its on-line presence. Showcasing the fantastic view was most important followed by showing the stylish interior and facilities. The owner provided excellent professional photographs which added to the success of the project.

The Baardskeerdersbos Art Route takes place in the quirky village of Baardskeerdersbos between Gansbaai and Elim in the Overberg region of the Western Cape. The Baardskeerdersbos Art Route website was a re-design and completely new branding for this popular event. The participating artists as well as guest artists are showcased each with their own page as well as the various events taking place in the village over the art route weekends.

Gansbaai seafront holiday house is a newly renovated luxury holiday house on the seafront in Gansbaai near De Kelders. They needed a stylish, clean design to showcase the beautiful photographs of this immaculate and modern luxury rental property. An example of how one can successfully use optimised images when they are of a high enough quality. Webinvent also produced the text copy and photo descriptions to maximise search engine recognition.

The Cape Point Retreat is a secluded venue for group or individual learning, meditation or workshops on a private estate in the midst of the splendour of the Cape Floral Kingdom of the Table Mountain National Park. They needed a website which refected the tranquil space and unique surroundings and incorporated their soft mint colour scheme.

Farm 215 -nature retreat & fynbos reserve is a sustainable destination in the Uilkraal Valley between Stanford and Cape Agulhas in the Western Cape’s unspoiled Southern Overberg. This website was a re-design to give the existing Farm 215 website it a fresh clean look. Excellent text complemented by beautiful photographs and minimalist layout design. Asian Pearl is an Asian restaurant in Paarl near Cape Town. They needed an online space to communicate their extensive menus and contact details to bring more customers to their restaurant. Owner Li Na wanted a clean but rich design. Their logo image and colours are bold and we incorporated that throughout the whole website. A WordPress website with custom theme editing and various plugins including BackWPup, Contact Form Plugin and Google XML Sitemaps. Sadly the Asian Pearl website is no longer active.

Hay for Kids is an online shop selling healthy baby and childrens meals. Orders are taken via the website and received by email, from where they are processed. Hay for Kids produces, sells and delivers healthy preservative free baby food in the Western Cape.
Owner Lee-Ann Laufs wanted a simple to use online shop with as few clicks as possible and social media integration. WordPress website with e-commerce (jigoshop), theme customisation using xhtml/css, blog and mailchimp newsletter integration.

The Business of Catering (TBOC) has been a Webinvent client since 2007 and as their business grew from strength to strength they needed to update and re-design their website. They needed a website to showcase their extensive menus and services with photos of the food playing an important part. They have a strong social responsibility ethic as well as many charity efforts, which are shared via their online news pages and blog. Mailchimp newsletter integration is therefore an important aspect of this very large project. They also prune and fell trees in private gardens in and around the city of Cape Town. Felling of big, dangerous trees are their speciality. Go Greyton needed a website to showcase the properties they rent out in Greyton. Each property has its own page and photo gallery. Rates and terms and conditions are kept up to date by Webinvent as part of a maintenance plan. WordPress website of author and blogger Nick Dekker. The website www.maritimebooks.co.za has three sections. The first is to describe and sell Nick Dekker’s three books in paper copy and e-book versions. Secondly, Nick Dekker sells numerous rare and valuable nautical books and objects. Lastly, the author is an active blogger who shares his no holds barred “Weekly comments on the human condition”. Nick Dekker has sadly passed away, but his family keep the website going in his memory.

Marebella Seafront Guesthouse in De Kelders, near Gansbaai, Website showcases an area world-reknowned for land and sea based whale watching as well as shark cage diving nearby launching from Kleinbaai to shark alley. Redesign of this accommodation website originally designed in 2003 and relying heavily on a table design. The new version with a classic timeless design. Silcoat is a pan release oil / emulsion used in the baking industry for the release of bread and rolls from baking pans and trays. Silcoat needed a website redesign which positioned them firmly as a market leader offering this technology. Technical information, brochures and instruction videos are available online via the website. Strong “call to action” on home page leading potential customers to make contact.

Cape Point Cottages offer self catering holiday cottages built by early farmers at Cape Point over a century ago. The cottages lie at the foot of the Swartkopberge mountain range and are situated opposite the Cape Point Section of the Table Mountain National Park. The availability of good photographs made this website a pleasure to design. We used muted natural earthy colours to accentuate the vibrancy of the photographs.

South African artist Niël Jonker´s online art gallery of plein air landscape and seascape oil paintings, figurative paintings in oil on panel and charcoal on panel and watercolour still life paintings. An image rich website showcasing the artists work. Each artwork has a high quality image, catelogue number, description and link to make an email enquiry. Existing client Farm 215 required a separate Online Photo Gallery to showcase their excellent and extensive photo collection of images taken on their nature reserve. Images are arranged into 20 categories and can be viewed with lightbox slideshow. Each image has a description, which increases its search engine optimisation benefits.
